2. This modification has been filed for modification of order dated 18.03.2024 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 17693 of 2024 to the extent that condition no. 2 may be modified as the petitioners and their close relatives are landless persons and they
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48566 of 2024(2) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 are not in position to submit bail bond in the Court and time granted to surrender the petitioners in the court below may be extended for further four weeks' time.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case and averments made in the modification application, the prayer is allowed.
4. The petitioners are exempted from complying the condition no. 2 of the bail order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17693 of 2024 and further four weeks' time is granted to surrender before the concerned Court. . 5. The order dated 18.03.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17693 of 2024 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
6. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
