The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from a bare perusal of the First Information Report, it reveals that it is a case of domestic dispute and that the First Information Report reflects that it is a counter blast to the case filed by her, which is of course subsequent thereto. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that there are no major injuries, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of

No.49996 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
