Petitioner is not named and submission on behalf of petitioner is that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Rakesh Kumar @ Lulha and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 01-11-2014.

Although petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but in the present case, it appears that except the above-said confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1195 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
