From the co-accused Neeraj Kumar Singh and Vinod Kushwaha stolen motorcycle and mobiles were recovered on whose confession the petitioner has been apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
