This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 396, 307, 436 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner in the present case has appeared after a period of nine years. It has, further, been submitted that there is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner. It has, further, been submitted that other coaccused have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 38805 of 2014 and 48259 of 2014.

It has been pointed out on behalf of the State that the petitioner has played active role in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15832 of 2015 (2) dt.09-06-2015 present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 87 of 2005 to the satisfaction of Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Motihari.
