This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jalalpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and his family members are accused of killing the grand-mother of the petitioner. The F.I.R. has been filed by the uncle of the petitioner. 4.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to property dispute the uncle of the petitioner has filed this case against his brother i.e. father of the petitioner, the petitioner and his another brother. 5.
It has also been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a student of Bechelor of Computer Applications in the Chandigarh University and on the date of incident he was present in Chandigarh. In support of this submission, he has produced some documents.

Lastly, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is that he fired, which did not hit anyone. 7.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner is a student at Chandigarh, this application is allowed. 9.
Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 13th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
