The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2014 in a case for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co- accused Mumtaz @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48870 of 2014 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 Mohammad Sahil @ Konha. Save and except, the confessional statement, there is absolutely nothing on record to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2014, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 385 of 2013.
