JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that it was petitioner who took the deceased and subsequently the dead body of the deceased was recovered. The first information report shows that co-accused Md. Kalam had taken some loan from the deceased and being friend of co-accused Md. Kalam petitioner having entered into conspiracy committed the murder of the deceased. In course of investigation, only call details of petitioner and co-accused Md. Kalam could be detected and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1260 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Session trial no. 426 of 2015 arising out of Aurai P.S.Case No. 35 of 2015.
