02-03-2017 Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 12. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 14319 of 2014, which stood dismissed due to part non-compliance of peremptory order dated 03-10-2016. It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that entire order was complied with, however; due to inadvertence, instead of affixing stamp of Rs. 50/-, only stamp of Rs. 5/- was deposited. However, after expiry of peremptory period, the remaining stamp has already been deposited.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts & circumstances, the restoration petition is allowed.
Let C.W.J.C. No. 14319 of 2014 be restored to its
