====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner has filed the present modification application for correction in Paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 22.08.2025 to the extent that in Paragraph No. 7, 'in place of 'District Court', it should have been typed as "concerned learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea".

3. In view of the above, I find it proper to delete 'District Court' from Paragraph No. 7 of the order dated 22.08.2025 and the same be substituted by "concerned learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea".

4. The order dated 22.08.2025 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34587 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 aforesaid extent. The other parts of the order dated 22.08.2025 shall remain intact.

5. Time to surrender before the learned District to furnish bail bond is extended till 30.05.2026. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
