This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 399 of 2022 registered under section 8/20(b) (ii)(B) /29 NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2022 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the submission

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34496 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 made of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1 ST Additional Sessions Judge Cum special Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira Police Station case No. 399/2022.
