2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 118(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Prosecution case, in short, is that, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and her family members with iron rods, bricks and weapons for not withdrawing a case. During the assault, several family members were injured and

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. The specific allegation against the petitioner nos. 1 & 2 is of assaulting the son of the Informant and the allegation against the petitioner no.3 is of hitting the Informant but, the injuries sustained by the informant and her son have been found to be simple in nature. There is case and counter-case between the parties. The petitioners have three criminal antecedents. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the co-accused have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25207 of 2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the lower court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32804 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 3/3 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 406 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarika Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
