JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,382,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, referring to the First Information Report, has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner though there is some serious allegation against other co-accused Amarjit Kumar Mahton. He has submitted that prosecution story on the face of it appears to be improbable and the petitioner has been implicated at the instance of local people.

In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48709 of 2014 (2) dt.30-06-2015 named in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Bakhri P.S. Case No. 304 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
