The trial court has reported that charge against the petitioner was framed on 23.11.2015 and the case is pending for recording the evidence of prosecution witnesses. Taking note of the aforesaid report and the fact that two rifles are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in Jairampur P.S.Case No. 25 of 2015, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura is again rejected.
