2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2), 311 of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed dacoity in the house of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2025 and has fourteen criminal antecedents. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. There exists prima facie material against the petitioner indicating his involvement in the commission of the offence.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands dismissed. The trial is directed to be expedited.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
