The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation the daughter of the informant committed suicide due to the allegation made by the petitioner of having extra marital affair. Petitioner claims that he is in custody since 26.8.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Rajesh Prasad Singh is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 9th Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in S.T.
