The petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant with Farsa causing injury on the head. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the lacerated injury on the head caused by hard and blunt substance has been found when there is a counter version of the occurrence and the petitioner side also received injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, District - West Champaran in connection with Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S.
