According to prosecution case itself, petitioner and informant solemnized their love marriage in a temple and lateron, when petitioner took the informant to his home then his parents made protest and ousted the informant from their home. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha P.S.Case No. 23 of 2014.
