No.6398 of 2016 has been filed for condoning the delay of 9 months in preferring the appeal stating that merely on administrative ground there was a delay of 9 months in preferring the appeal by the appellant.
The learned writ court denied the interest on the amount so paid. We do not find any error in dismissing the writ petition in exercising the discretionary power under Article 226 of the Constitution by the writ court.
