Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304B and 34 of the IPC.
The father of the deceased made allegation that after the marriage, the petitioner, husband of the deceased, was torturing her. The informant got information that his daughter was killed and on hearing such information, he came and found the dead body of his daughter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the witnesses have stated that on account of some dispute, the victim consumed poison. The deceased had four children and all the villagers stated the fact before the police about the suicide of the deceased.
It appears that the deceased died of poisoning and her dead body was found in a Chaur from where the police recovered the dead body.
Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6399 of 2015 (3) dt.13-04-2015 to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
