The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that Police on getting information that six persons with two Motorcycles have assembled to commit crime, reached the place of occurrence. On seeing the Police party, the accused persons started running away. Out of them, four persons were apprehended and two managed to run away. They disclosed their names as Raushan Kumar, Umesh Mahto, Ranjan Kumar (petitioner) and Sujit Kumar. On search, one touch screen Mobile phone has been

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion. He is in custody since 26.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st cum Sub Judge 1st, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
