On getting confidential information regarding application of landmine, Police swung into action, recovered the same and for that suspected against so many persons including the petitioner. Save and except, the aforesaid material, nothing more has been collected by the Police during the course of investigation. Accordingly, Budhan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Rajesh Prasad, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.
