This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have been made accused out of the village politics. It is, further, submitted that the allegation in respect to offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code is a superficial allegation. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedents and are in jail since 24.01.2015.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners is named in the first information report and there is direct allegation
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15843 of 2015 (2) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 against them.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
