JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner happens to be the main assailant of the deceased and he could be remanded in the present case on 22.05.2015, whereas the alleged occurrence took place in the year 2007.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence his prayer for bail in connection with Session trial no. 469 of 2015 arising out of Barhara P.S.Case No. 101 of 2007, pending in the court of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea stands rejected.
