The petitioner, who is in custody since 20.05.2020, seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 33 of 2020 dated 20.01.2020, instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons are said to have waylaid the informant on point of gun and divested him of his belongings. One person was apprehended on spot and on his disclosure, the petitioner is sought to be prosecuted. There is no recovery of any incriminating material from possession the petitioner and he has also

Considering the afore-stated facts and taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 33 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
