The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner remain absconding. There is trial which is going on. The informant is made witness. However, the three persons who were facing trial and order of conviction against the Bhola and Shambhu Kumar. However, the petitioner remain absconding for four years. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that Shambhu Kumar was not built out during the trial and they have been built out only after conviction and the appeal is still pending.
