Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and one injured- Vikash Yadav respectively but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that both the injured of the present case have sustained simple injury though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from the side of the petitioners including petitioner no.1, too, sustained injury in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul in Raxaul P.S.
