Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

540 ml. of foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 16.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
