The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Dharmendra Kumar and after that it was detected that petitioner had talked with co-accused Dharmendra Kumar on his cell phone prior to the alleged occurrence and except the aforesaid material there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.421 of 2014.
