2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025, dated 09.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that in the FIR, the informant who is father of the victim, disclosed the age of his daughter (victim) as 18 years and before the Judicial Magistrate, the said victim herself confirmed the same and accepted her love affair as well as marital relationship with this petitioner. It is further submitted that the facts stated by the so-called victim before the Judicial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32047 of 2025(3) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 Magistrate in her statement, is completely against the allegations levelled in the FIR and the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 09.03.2025 and against him, the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly victim's statement recorded by her before the Judicial Magistrate, coupled with petitioner's custody period and the completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 45 of 2025.
