JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on the order of this petitioner Raja Paswan caused fire arm injury on the chest of the husband of the informant who while taking to the hospital succumbed to the injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of firing is not against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
