Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.10.2015 on the accusation that he got prepared forged rent receipt as well as Basgit purcha.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in connection with G.R.No. 836 of 2015 arising out o Nanpur P.S.Case No. 257 of 2015.
