2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2026, registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per prosecution case, allegation is that son of the informant was killed in his sasural. The petitioners are wife and mother-in-law of the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim son died due to heart attack. The viscera has been preserved as the cause of death could not be ascertained. The petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35320 of 2026(2) dt.21-05-2026 2/2 have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 28.02.2026.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. That the petitioners are ladies and there is no reference to any prior dispute which could serve as a motive for this act.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. VI, Gaya /concerned court below in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2026.
8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
