The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and, later on, Section 302 IPC was added after the death of the informant Vijay Kumar Pandey.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, Munna Nat was arrested. He confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioner. Except the confessional statement of the co-accused, the investigating officer did not collect any further evidence. The petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10113 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, District Saran in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2014.
