This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 25.02.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 86113 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to intervening pandemic, he could not surrender before the learned Court below within the time granted by this Court. He accordingly prays for two weeks' more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7465 of 2021(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 25.02.2020, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 86113 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.

Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
