The petitioners apprehended their arrest in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been implicated in the present on account of village politics. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 is a lady ward member and petitioner no. 2 is the husband of petitioner no. 1. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 has no authority to sanction Indira Awas Scheme and as such, allegation against the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3807 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 petitioners is wholly misconceived.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Balrampur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) ravi/- U T
