JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier the appeal of the appellants/petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail was disposed of vide judgment dated 23.1.2019 passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 4448 of 2018 with direction to the appellants to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail. This application has been filed for extension of the period as it is submitted that petitioners/appellants could not surrender within the time prescribed in the said order. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstance, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. However, if petitioners surrender and pray for
