This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Malsalami Police Station Case No. 231 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. It is alleged that 76 litres of foreign mahua liquor has been recovered from the gallon kept near the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court, Patna, in connection with Malsalami Police Station Case No. 231 of 2023.
