In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 384, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that on the day of incident at about 7.00 P.M., the petitioner and other person have threatened the informant to remove the construction material. Allegation has been made to have caused injury, took away Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) and demanded Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lakh) as extortion money.

No.6404 of 2016 (2) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are agnates and in confusion, the present case has been filed and both the parties have settled the dispute amicably which is apparently clear from Annexure-3/1. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Sudhanshu, Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
