The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 337, 338, 375, 380, 295(A), 506/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.08.2017, petitioner alongwith other 39 named accused alongwith 500 unknown persons blocked Mahua-Hajipur Road, pelted stones on mosque and hurt the religious sentiments of a particular community on the protest of murder of a co-villager, which was occurred on 06.08.2017. It is further alleged that accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and also robbed his house-hold articles.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33722 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 allegation is general and omnibus. There is no specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S.
