This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Budha Colony Police Station Case No.123 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.68216 of 2023. 4.

The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. for having looted the informant and others. 5.

Since the petitioner is accused in five more serious criminal cases in the town of Patna, I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 18.10.2023. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed.

The District Judge, Patna is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from today. 7.
