JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 arising out of Special Case No. 64 of 2014 registered under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act. It is alleged that petitioner was caught red handed by the Trap team and from his possession Rs. 10,000/- has been recovered from his pocket.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 05. 09. 2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Vigilance Trap, Patna, in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014.
