JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 02.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner and other persuaded the informant to become an agent for non-banking financial company when the informant collected more than `one crore from various persons and deposited in the said company to which the petitioner was Manager.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is nothing on record to suggest that the petitioner worked as a Manager of the aforesaid company.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the State that the no investigation has been done whether the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12158 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 petitioner actually worked as a Manager or not. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S.
