The petitioner, who is languishing in custody, seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, is one of the named accused in this case as a person having some enmity with the informant and to take revenge planted others to cause severe harm resulted into death of informant's nephew. Submission is of false implication with ulterior motive. Further he carries no criminal antecedents. If it is so, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
