JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made loaded katta, one live cartridge and mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity for which petitioner is in jail custody since 17.5.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the year 2002, the father of the petitioner had lodged criminal case against one police official and in the aforesaid police case, the aforesaid police officer was convicted and that is the reason of institution of this false case against the petitioner as well as his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1665 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 remand in some of the cases which has been disclosed at paragraph-3 and paragraph-11 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.118 of 2015.
