JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given Lathi blow to the informant, who appears to have sustained altogether 7 injuries but all the injuries except one, were found simple in nature. So far as grievous injury is concerned; the same was found on left elbow of the informant. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 28-09-2015.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015 to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1790 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda.
