JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that one key of the chest was with the petitioner but in course of investigation, it came to light that the key of the coaccused Vikash Kumar had been used in opening both the locks of the chest. Moreover, Vikash Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court subject to deposit of Rs. 25,000/- before the court below. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
