BAJANTHRI) 03-01-2024 After so many efforts by this Court and the Board counsel, ultimately we got a particular document issued by the Board in respect of redressing the grievance of the petitioner on 18.10.2023 it was heard and proceeded to pass order on 18.12.2023. The same was placed on record through the third supplementary show cause and it has not been placed on record by the Registry. However, taking note of the document dated 18.12.2023, there is compliance to orders of this Court.

2. Accordingly, the present proceeding of MJCContempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 18.12.2023 in accordance with law before appropriate forum.
