2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 1981.

3. It is a case of impersonation. This petitioner is alleged to have appeared in an examination in place of one Ujjawal Kumar.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. The petitioner was not apprehended at the examination centre. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
