2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 832 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 and 498A of the IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act.

3. According to allegation, the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized with the complainant on 21.03.2021. It has been alleged that the petitioner and his family members demanded Rs. 3,00,000/- as dowry and that she was ousted from the matrimonial house on non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The petitioner is a labourer and has falsely been implicated. He has further submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (First), Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 832 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

6. The petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 4,000/- per month as interim maintenance to opposite party no. 2 (the informant). This interim maintenance shall be subject to adjustment, if any other court grants maintenance to the opposite party no. 2.
